Abstract
⺠We studied microvascular dysfunction as predictor of coronary plaque vulnerability. ⺠Coronary microvascular dysfunction is associated with higher serum hs-CRP. ⺠Coronary microvascular dysfunction is an independent predictor of more TCFAs. ⺠TCFA is known to be a marker for increased epicardial plaque vulnerability.
