Abstract
⺠Anti-proliferative drugs in FDA-approved drug-eluting stents inhibit endothelial progenitor cells. ⺠1st generation drug-eluting stent (DES) drugs inhibit EPC proliferation. ⺠2nd generation DES drugs are associated with lower EPC prothrombotic gene expression.
