Abstract
GABR and the arginine to ornithine ratio are associated with markers of endothelial dysfunction and increased risk of cardiovascular mortality. Further studies are warranted to elucidate the pathobiology and clinical relevance of the arginine bioavailability ratios in cardio-metabolic diseases.
