Abstract
- We engineered nano-sized micelles of SMA with 3,4-difluorobenzylidene curcumin (CDF).
- SMA-CDF nano-micelles possess excellent aqueous solubility with tunable CDF loading.
- SMA-CDF nano-micelles have favorable size and surface charge for i.v. administration.
- SMA-CDF nano-micelles showed highly potency in killing pancreatic cancer cell lines.
- SMA-CDF nano-micelles portend to be highly effective for treating pancreatic cancers.
