Abstract
- T7 bacteriophage was used as a model virus.
- Paper based sandwich ELISA technique was developed to detect and quantify T7 phages.
- It detects T7 phage as low as 100Â pfu/mL to as high as 109Â pfu/mL.
- The paper based technique can be said to be compatible, faster and economical.
