Abstract
- The quercetin-loaded multilayered liposomes were fabricated from chitosan and sodium hyaluronate via Layer-by-Layer assembly method.
- The unit of chitosan-hyaluronate bilayer has an important effect on the stability.
- The multilayered liposomes exhibited sustainable release behaviors.
- The multilayered liposome via electrostatic interaction of chitosan-hyaluronate was favorable for the transdermal delivery systems than the single layer coated with chitosan.
