Transformable core-corona nanoparticles: Simultaneous change of core morphology and corona wettability in response to temperature

- We prepared transformable thermoresponsive nanoparticles with variable softness of the core.
- We controlled glass transition temperature (Tg) of nanoparticle core.
- Nanoparticle shape was changed from sphere to rod.
- The rod-shaped nanoparticles were returned to spheres only by temperature modulation.
- The both nanoparticle shape and surface wettability were controlled by temperature.
