Abstract
- Nanostructures of triamcinolone acetonide-PLGA were prepared via electrospraying.
- Increasing the solution concentration produced nanofibers instead of nanobeads.
- The drug crystallinity was decreased in the prepared nanofibers and nanobeads.
- No intermolecular interaction between drug and polymer was detected.
- Increase in the polymer ratio resulted in slower drug release profile.
