Abstract
- Microspheres were successfully prepared and characterization was performed.
- Microspheres showed good mechanical flexibility could pass through a 5F catheter.
- The swelling property of CMs was more greatly affected by pH than ACMs.
- ACMs had less clotting weight than CMs and a lower hemolytic rate than CMs (<5%).
- Cytotoxicity test in MEFs was shown that microspheres had good cytocompatibility.
