Abstract
- Papain was crosslinked on polycaprolactam to form FP.
- FP acted as antimicrobial package on cottage cheese.
- FP reduced motility, hydrophobicity and zeta potential of E. coli.
- FT Raman spectroscopy showed effect of FP on functional group of biofilm.
- So far, no report on papain to prevent biofilm by targeting motility.
