Abstract
- Phenol-containing diblock copolymers based on poly(ethylene glycol) and poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide) were synthesized and self-assembled into micelles upon heating above its LCST.
- HRP mediated enzymatic polymerization was used as the cross-linking method to construct core cross-linking micelles.
- The cross-linking methods are facile and green.
- Core-cross-linking process endowed the micelle with lower CMC value and lower drug release rate.
