- Amoitone B, a novel synthesized Cytosporone B derivative, is a promising anticancer drug.
- Amoitone B nanocrystals markedly enhanced cytotoxicity to BGC-823, SW620, HepG2 and H460 cancer cells.
- Amoitone B nanocrystals induce G1 cycle arrest and markedly improve the apoptosis of human gastric cancer BGC-823 cell line.
- Tissue distribution study demonstrated that Amoitone B nanocrystals had a higher distribution in liver and lung.
