Abstract
- We develop d-glucose modified gelatin/collagen matrix and reservoir nanoparticles.
- C. officinalis powder and oil were entrapped in matrix and reservoir systems.
- C. officinalis powder nanoparticles greatly enhanced the anti-cancer activity.
- Nanoparticles did not induce strong cytotoxicity towards normal human cell lines.
- Therapeutic selectivity was found between cancer and normal cells.
