Abstract
This paper presents, for the first time, the temperature-controlled hydrothermol synthesis of CdTe QDs/graphene nano-carrier for target drug deliverer. Our results indicate that these nano-carrier have enlarged drug loading capacity and fluorescent properties. Furthermore, cytotoxicity assays indicate that the nano-carrier has good compatibility with hepatoma cell.
