Abstract
- Nanosuspension based product of bifendate was prepared via a combination use of wet media milling and bead layering process.
- DSC, XRPD, SEM and TEM were employed to characterize bifendate nanosuspension and core-shell structured beads.
- Dried nanoparticles in the shell of beads showed good redispersability.
- Improved dissolution rate and oral bioavailability achieved.
