Abstract
- Endo-glucanase has been purified using metal chelate affinity precipitation.
- The pH-response polymer PMMDN immobilized iminodiacetic acid and Cu2+ as ligand.
- Recoveries were 99.8% for PMMDN and 97.6% for PMMDN-IDA-Cu2+.
- Docking method and label-free detection were used to choose the appropriate ligand.
- The maximum elution recoveries could reach 96.45% (protein) and 93.24% (activity).
