Abstract
⺠The soy protein surface can reduce the adsorption of other proteins. ⺠The protein adsorption or resistance is examined by use of quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM-D). ⺠The protein resistance of soy protein film is determined by electrostatic interactions and hydrophobic interactions.
