Abstract
⺠PST-Gold nanoparticle preparation using PST001 is a “green” nanoparticle synthesis. ⺠PST-Gold nanoparticles are stable over to a period of 1 year with a wide range of pH tolerance. ⺠PST-Gold nanoparticles induces cytotoxicity specifically against cancer cells through the induction of apoptosis. ⺠Administration of the nanoparticles was found to be devoid of any toxicity in BALB/c mice and human peripheral lymphocytes. ⺠PST-Gold nanoparticles exhibits significant immunomodulatory effects both in vitro and in vivo.
