Abstract
⺠pH sensitive polymethacrylic acid- CDHA nanocomposites have been synthesized. ⺠The high aspect ratio needle like particles had a half life of 8 h. ⺠They exhibited an increase in swelling behaviour with pH. ⺠The polymethacrylic acid- CDHA nanocomposites gave better loading compared to the CDHA nanocomposites. ⺠These blood compatible nanocomposites showed good uptake on C6 glioma cells.
