Abstract
⺠α-Tocopherol interaction with poloxamines at the air-water interface raises with temperature. ⺠Apparent solubility of α-tocopherol increases 6000-fold in 20% T1107 at 25 °C. ⺠Polymeric micelles provide sustained release of α-tocopherol in 0.9% NaCl. ⺠Micellar systems were physically and chemically stable for 3 months at 4 °C.
