Abstract
⺠Anhydrous domain in liposomes was certified while containing high contents of cholesterol. ⺠DC-Chol/cholesterol liposomes possessed more stable particle size, lower turbidity. ⺠More steady transfection activity in presence of high concentration serum could be obtained by formation of cholesterol domain.
