Abstract
⺠Poly(Patton and Reeder's reagent) improves redox kinetics of acetaminophen. ⺠Presence of MWCNT in the matrix declines the voltammetric response. ⺠Accurate determination of acetaminophen even at 1000-fold excess of 4-aminophenol. ⺠Simple, stable, cheap, reproducible and does not require pre treatment of bio-sample. ⺠Successful estimation of acetaminophen in tablets and blood serum.
