Abstract
⺠We study the properties of P. aeruginosa with AFM and quartz tuning fork probes. ⺠The influence of glucose is studied for three different growth times. ⺠There is influence of the glucose in the elasticity of the biofilms. ⺠Results obtained with both sensors are compared and show a good agreement. ⺠It is the first time that quartz tuning forks are used in these studies.
