Abstract
► We study the properties of P. aeruginosa with AFM and quartz tuning fork probes. ► The influence of glucose is studied for three different growth times. ► There is influence of the glucose in the elasticity of the biofilms. ► Results obtained with both sensors are compared and show a good agreement. ► It is the first time that quartz tuning forks are used in these studies.
