Abstract
⺠Gambogenic acid was as model drug. ⺠GNA-SLNs were successfully prepared by an emulsification and low temperature solidification method. ⺠The freeze-dried SLNs showed no evident modification in the zeta potential, encapsulation efficiency, and drug loading. ⺠Both GNA-SLNs and freeze-dried GNA-SLNs fitted to Higuchi equation. ⺠In comparion with GNA solution, bioavailability of GNA-SLNs was improved effectively.
