Abstract
⺠Magnetic vectors comprising SPIONs, PEI, and HA as carriers for malaria DNA vaccine. ⺠Assembly order affecting size, surface charge, stability, and ability to bind and release DNA. ⺠Highest stability in RPMI supplemented with 10% BSA while preserving integrity of DNA structure. ⺠Structurally well-defined magnetic gene carriers to improve malaria DNA vaccine delivery.
