Abstract
⺠Two different methods: top-down method and bottom-up method are used to prepare nanosuspensions with different particle size. ⺠Both of the two nanocrystal freeze-dried powders are stable and enhance the saturation solubility in vitro. ⺠The establishment of the method of liquid-liquid extraction and the evaluation of assay for riccardin D in blood and tissues are first reported. ⺠The lung targeting nanosuspensions makes sense for further study on the lung cancer as it is an NCE for lung cancer therapy.
