Abstract
⺠Generation of stable aspirin-loaded W/O/W nano multiple emulsions. ⺠Two-stage ultrasonic cavitational emulsification using Span 80 and Cremophore EL. ⺠Influences of glucose and gelatin on emulsion droplet size are investigated. ⺠0.5% (w/w) inner glucose and 1% (w/w) gelatin in the inner phase lead to better stability. ⺠Gelling and osmotic pressure responsible for excellent stability of optimized formulation.
