Abstract
⺠A novel composite CS-graft-PLGA are developed by grafting CS onto PLGA surface. ⺠The CS-graft-PLGA nanofibres are successfully produced by electrospinning. ⺠CS-graft-PLGA nanofibres possess good hydrophilicity and also remain good mechanical properties.
