Abstract
⺠The novelty of the present work lies in the selection of raw materials. ⺠Collagen from fish scale (FSC) which is hitherto discarded as a waste material (causing obnoxious smell and pollution). ⺠Crude fibrin (major solid waste in most of the slaughter house in India); was used as a raw material for the preparation of physiologically clotted fibrin (PCF). ⺠Not only reduce the environmental pollution but value added products like FSC:PCF:MPE, biomaterial can be prepared for wound dressing.
