Abstract
â¢Tooth-brushing epilepsy is a type of reflex epilepsy.â¢In some cases, Carbamazepine or Valproate can achieve seizure control.â¢When seizures are intractable, surgery might achieve good outcome.â¢Electrocorticography allows complete excision of the epileptogenic zone.â¢Rolandic area lesions can be safely resected in some cases.
