Abstract
⺠Anti-solvent synthesis of micro drug particle and subsequent film formation are presented. ⺠β-cyclodextrins were capable of inhibiting particle growth and stabilize the drug particles. ⺠Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was found to be most effective in reducing the particle size. ⺠The drug release showed improvement in release rate due to drug/cyclodextrin interactions.
