Abstract
⺠The liposome bilayer becomes more polar with addition of Chol-PEG-Chol. ⺠With high ratio of DODAB, liposome bilayer is easily affected by Chol-PEG-Chol. ⺠Liposome with cholesterol shows relatively high stability to Chol-PEG-Chol.
