Abstract
⺠Copper Iodide was synthesized by modified co-precipitation method and chemically characterized. ⺠Antibacterial activity was studied by MIC, MBC, agar well diffusion assay and growth curve. ⺠ROS generation was detected and DNA damaging was observed. ⺠Cell membrane damage was found by AFM study.
