Abstract
⺠A novel thermosensitive hydrogel was developed for drug-delivery applications. ⺠PES NPs underwent a sol-gel-sol transition as the temperature was increased. ⺠There were sustained release behaviors of drugs from PES NP hydrogel. ⺠Histopathological studies demonstrated that the PES NP hydrogel is biocompatible.
