Abstract
⺠Monte Carlo simulation of the rupture of multiple bonds between two beads is performed. ⺠We introduce a methodology to extract off-rate from multiple bond force spectroscopy. ⺠The methodology is tested extensively using both Bell and Dembo models. ⺠The precision for off-rate determination increases with the number of bonds.
