Abstract
⺠Mesoporous silica modified electrodes showed excellent electrooxidation activity in the presence of capsaicin. ⺠The current response was dramatically improved when NH2 was introduced to the surface of a modified electrode. ⺠A new quantification method was constructed. ⺠The described method is much more sensitive in comparison with the electroanalytical method reported previously.
