Abstract
⺠We studied the effect of propylene glycol alginate addition on CMP foams and interfaces. ⺠CMP presents a great foaming capacity but the foams are unstable. ⺠The addition of KO improved the interfacial rheology and strongly increased foam stability against drainage and collapse.
