Abstract
⺠SWCNT combined with polymer poly(vinylferrocenium) (PVF+) modified electrodes were developed. ⺠Their characterization was performed by SEM and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. ⺠They presented two folds increase at guanine signal compared to unmodified ones. ⺠SWCNT-PVF+ modified PGE presented a selective and sensitive discrimination of DNA hybridization.
