Abstract
⺠Subgroups of patients defined by clinical features have different lengths of survival and different rates of loss of motor units. ⺠The size of motor units can be estimated with Bayesian MUNE. ⺠Subgroups of patients defined on clinical grounds have different sized motor units with larger motor units found in subjects with slower progression.
