Abstract
⺠Limb segment load resulted in a predominant inhibition of post activation depression in humans, but minimally modulated the response in a subject with SCI. ⺠The inhibition of post activation depression was directly related to the magnitude of the limb segment load. ⺠These findings highlight whether limb load can influence spinal neuronal reorganization from the acute to the chronic state after SCI.
