Abstract
► The polyelectrolyte's functional groups regulated the crystallization process of HAP. ► A nanoscale architecture was achieved by nano distribution in porous polyelectrolyte matrix. ► In vitro test from human bone mesenchymal stem cells culture revealed good biocompatibility of the scaffold.
