Abstract
- Ternary nanoparticles of PEI, γ-PGA and PLGA can carry and release SQV.
- DDAB enhances the entrapment efficiency of SQV in PLGA.
- An increment in the molecular weight of γ-PGA reduces the grafting efficiency of PEI.
- An increase in the weight percentage of PEI enhances the average particle size.
- Surface PEI retards the dissolution rate of SQV from the NPs.
