Abstract
⺠The effects of biosurfactants on cell surface charge of Penicillium simplicissimum were studied. ⺠The pretreatment of saponins changed the optimal pH and adsorption capacity for Cd adsorption. ⺠The FTIR, EDAX, and SEM analysis showed the change of cell surface properties.
