Quantitative investigation, stability and in vitro release studies of anti-TB drugs in Triton niosomes

► Stable and innocuous niosomes have been prepared successfully from Triton X 100. ► Triton X 100 niosomes exhibit high encapsulation efficiency for ATD's. ► The prepared niosomes have been found to be stable and compatible for ATD's. ► Sustained release is achieved for all the three ATD's. ► The prepared niosomes seem to have promising approach for the delivery of ATD's.
