Abstract
⺠We have developed a novel amphiphile chemotherapy prodrug, 5-FCPal. ⺠5-FCPal self-assembles into a non-swelling lamellar crystalline material. ⺠5-FCPal can be formulated into colloidal solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs). ⺠5-FCPal SLNs displayed improved in vivo efficacy over a commercially available alternative.
