Abstract
⺠The mixed micelles composed of F127-CL copolymer and BSA or PLA display good thermosensitivity. ⺠The release of DOX.HCl from the micelles is faster in mildly acidic physiological environments than that at pH 7.4. ⺠The micelles possess excellent biocompatibility. ⺠The DOX.HCl-loaded micelles are effective to inhibit the growth of HepG2 tumor cells.
