Abstract
⺠Focus on Self-reported adherence of patients with epilepsy in China. ⺠Primary reasons for nonadherence were forgetfulness and being seizure-free. ⺠Use the four-item Morisky scale as a screening tool to identify nonadherence. ⺠Emphasize that classify nonadherence into intentional and unintentional. ⺠Number of patients with epilepsy visit at Hospital of Huashan is top 3 in China.
