Abstract
⺠Nonadherence to antiepilepsy drug therapy is a common and serious problem. ⺠Nonadherence markedly reduces treatment success. ⺠Consequences of nonadherence may not appear instantly which may induce complacency. ⺠Once-daily dosing regimens may enhance adherence and, thus, improve patient outcomes. ⺠Resources describing techniques that promote and assess adherence are available.
