Abstract
⺠We studied OSA prevalence in adults with epilepsy using subjective tools and PSG. ⺠30% had OSA and 16% had significant disease, rates exceeding healthy populations. ⺠OSA predictors included age, dental problems and standardized AED dose. ⺠Male gender, age, BMI, hypertension and dental problems predicted more severe OSA. ⺠Our results support routine OSA screening in adult epilepsy clinics.
