Abstract
⺠No significant correlations were found between parent and youth reported coping. ⺠Youth negative coping was significantly related to depressive symptoms. ⺠27% of youth endorsed suicidal ideation. ⺠Preliminary findings support the Kidcope as a measure of epilepsy-specific coping. ⺠Youth coping, suicidality, and depressive symptoms are important to assess.
